1) Confirm that you are connected to a Ecco Wireless Access Point. Many mobile devices will jump from access point to another access point. Particularly, if you have previously tried to connect to them.
2) Type "www.eccowireless.com" to confirm that you are online and able to surf.
3) If the login page comes up, then simply login to get access.
4) If the login page fails to appear...type into your browser "10.5.48.1" and hit "enter".
5) If the login page still fails to appear, please check that you are within 200 feet of our access point.
6) If all else fails.....reboot your mobile device by shutting down and repeat steps 1-5.
